Tomtom Map Update

TomTom is a mapping company and it regularly releases new maps. When you buy a brand new TomTom navigation device there may already be a newer version of your map available.

You want to start driving with the latest map, so if any newer version of your map is available within 90 days of first using your navigation device, you can download these maps for free. Make sure you get the most out of your 90 day Latest Map Guarantee by connecting your new TomTom navigation device to an internet-enabled computer straight away.

To check for a newer map, follow these steps:

1. Make sure that you have TomTom HOME installed on your computer. You can download TomTom HOME here:www.tomtom.com/home
2. Connect your navigation device or USB device to your computer.
3. Log into your MyTomTom account.
4. Click the Tools menu and select Use Latest Map Guarantee.

If a newer version of your map is available it is offered to you straight away. Also if any more versions of your map are released within your 90 day Latest Map Guarantee period we send you an email to let you know that you need to connect to HOME again.
